Project Overview

Building on the success of the Bellevue Colonies and just a stone’s throw from vibrant Leith Walk these 30 apartments nestle seamlessly into their established tree lined street. Over 6 stories the apartments are coherent and understated with unusually large light filled communal terraces to promote a sense of community as the connect directly with the Bellevue Colonies. Each apartment benefits from dual aspect living rooms with large glazed planes of glass framing the city views and connecting the residents to their neighbourhood.
